It facilitates bilateral communication in a company, both from management to employees and from employees to management. The product can be accessed from any type of device (display, info-point, laptop, tablet, or phone) and 100% customizable to the requirements and needs of the customer because the product is fully developed in the R&D department of Quartz Matrix.
User-friendly app
Documents are digitally stored in an user-friendly app which fits on the level of digital knowledge of all the employees. Less physical space used and increased security. Situations with lost documents will no longer appear, everything will be documented and organized in digital files. Employees will have access to their own documents based on a personal code or through scanning a badge. And for getting familiarized with this software, the team will benefit from specialized training to use each module in the application at maximum capacity.
KPIs tracking
Each employee will be able to track his/her targets individually or collectively, their degree of achievement and the level of performance he/she has reached. All this will clearly contour an employee’s evolution in the company and at the same time will establish a healthy environment of competition and situational awareness that will lead to increased productivity, efficiency, and morale.

Toate e-documentele vor fi depozitate ulterior într-un folder digital.
